Electrochemical energy storage as a representative of the new energy storage, is currently in the early stage of commercialization into the scale of the key stage of development.Currently, old generation wiring harnesses are still used in the field of energy storage batteries; as the sampling requirements of battery cells in the field of energy storage batteries increase, CCS solutions with higher integration will quickly replace the traditional wiring harness solutions. In addition to CCS, the edge-enclosed Laminated Bus Bar (LBB), as one of the core sub-systems of the Power Conversion System (PCS) in the electrochemical energy storage system, is used with the PCS to control the charging and discharging of the battery, to perform AC/DC conversion, and to directly supply power to AC loads in the case of no power grid.Functions,The edge-enclosed compression busbar LBBs produced by A&J  have a lower overall cost, high reliability and safety, save internal space, reduce stray inductance, reduce the spike voltage to protect the IGBTs, lower impedance, error-free installation, increase the distribution capacitance, realize high current carrying capacity with lower voltage drop, and are usually more efficient than cable LBBs.Easier heat dissipation cooling, smaller temperature rise and other advantages.
