Professional Technical Team
Leveraging years of R&D experience in power electronics core components, we have built a specialized R&D team dedicated to innovation in laminated busbar technology. The team consists of senior engineers with expertise spanning power electronics, materials science, structural design, thermal simulation, and more, averaging over 8 years of industry experience. They possess full-chain R&D capabilities—from core technology breakthroughs and product solution design to mass production implementation.
The team consistently focuses on three core R&D directions: high-efficiency current carrying, low-inductance heat dissipation, and compact integration. Addressing the demanding requirements of high-end applications such as new energy vehicles, energy storage systems, and industrial frequency converters, we have broken through traditional busbar design bottlenecks. Key achievements have been made in critical areas such as current path optimization, multi-layer insulation and thermal conduction structures, and integrated design.
Utilizing advanced R&D methods like 3D electromagnetic field simulation and thermal-fluid coupling analysis, combined with thousands of experimental validations, we have successfully developed a series of laminated busbar products featuring low parasitic inductance (as low as 8nH), high heat dissipation efficiency (temperature rise controlled within 15°C), and high space utilization. These solutions address industry pain points such as high copper loss, poor heat dissipation, and uneven current distribution in conventional designs.
Furthermore, the team stays at the forefront of industry technology, collaborating with universities and research institutions to continuously iterate material selection and structural solutions. This enables ongoing improvements in current-carrying capacity, insulation performance, and mechanical strength, providing customers with customized, highly reliable laminated busbar solutionsthat support the trend toward miniaturized, efficient, and long-lasting power electronic equipment.
