In the design of busbar for high power offshore wind power converter, the complex three-level topology, higher operating voltage, and the high requirement of corrosion resistance of the product is a problem to be solved.
The capacitor busbar adopts an edge-enclosed busbar design with positive-zero-positive and negative-zero-negative connections, which greatly reduces the inductance while ensuring the electrical clearance and creepage distance.
IGBT busbar adopts the structure of insulating powder coating, so that the electrical performance, especially the creepage distance between poles and poles is guaranteed. Moreover, the distance between each connector is close, which makes the parasitic inductance of the product greatly reduced.
